Fangben Law Office (“Fangben”) has been dedicated to rendering its legal solutions to diversified multinational companies covering from over 40 countries and regions for their business presence throughout China. Based upon the philosophy of “Solution Provider, Preventive Style, High Quality, Quick Response and Team Work”, Fangben is specialized in offering innovative and culturally sensitive business and legal strategies to the clients with regard to Foreign Investment, Overseas Investment, M&A, Company and Asset Restructuring, IPR, Construction (including BOT), Securities and Finance, Employment and various commercial transactions.
方本律师事务所（“方本”），为遍及40多个国家和地区的各类型跨国公司在中国的商业存在提供法律解决方案。秉承“解决方案提供者、预防性风格、高水准服务、及时和团队合作”的理念，方本专注于就外商投资、境外投资、并购、公司和资产重组、知识产权、建筑（包括BOT）、证券及金融、劳动关系以及各种商业交易向客户提供创新的、具有文化敏感性的商业和法律策略。
Fangben was awarded , in 2008, “Excellent Firm 2008 of Shanghai”, “Notable Law Firm of Greater China” in the fields of Corporate/M&A and Dispute Resolution (arbitration & litigation); and “Jiangsu Law Firm of the Year” by ALB (“Asia Law Business”) out of ALB China Law Awards in 2009. Recently Fangben has just been awarded the BAND 1 BUSINSS LAW FIRM in East China by Chambers, London in its “2010 Asia’s Leading Lawyers for Business”.

As one of Fangben’s approaches to train high-quality lawyers, we offer 3-6 months’ internship opportunity to the graduate seniors from every September to the next May. Usually, we select the candidates for the next year’s recruitment through the internship.
作为方本培养高素质律师的途径之一，我们从每年九月至次年五月会向应届毕业生提供为期三至六个月的实习项目。通常我们会从该实习项目中选择第二年招聘的人选。
During the internship, proper partners or senior attorneys will be assigned as the tutors to arrange and instructing the work of the interns, the interns will be offered certain allowance. Joining in our internship, you will have the chance to work together with a group of experienced lawyers and access to the interesting and challenging legal works; also you will be helped in your future career plan and promotion.
实习期间，我们将指定合适的合伙人或资深律师作为实习生的导师，负责实习生的工作安排与指导，并为实习生提供一些生活补贴。参与我们的实习项目，您将有机会和一批有丰富工作经验的律师一起工作，接触有趣但富有挑战性的法律工作，同时亦有助于您未来职业生涯的规划和提升。
Taking into account both of your inclination and our needs, the internship will be arranged in Fangben Shanghai Office, Beijing Office or Suzhou Office.
实习地点将在综合考虑您的意愿及我们的需要后，安排在方本上海、北京或苏州办公室。
Applicants shall:
申请该实习项目者应具备以下条件：
1. be Undergraduates or graduates of a top law school in China;
国内知名院校法律专业本科或以上学历；
2. possess excellent Chinese ability, both written and oral; be fluent in English and able to work in English as well as pass CET-6 or above;
优秀的中文书面及口头表达能力；英语流利，能以英语为工作语言，通过CET-6级或以上；
3. be conscientious, responsible, careful, prudential and diligent in work as well as active and positive under high strength pressure.
对工作尽职负责、细心谨慎、勤奋，在高强度压力下依然能保持积极主动的工作状态。
Following qualifications will be deemed as a plus, but not a must:
具有以下条件者将被优先考虑，但非必须：
1. Bar admission;
通过司法资格考试；或者
2. Internship experience in well-known law firms or transnational companies; or
具有知名律师事务所或跨国企业实习经验；或者
3. Overseas experience
具有海外经历
