Job Position: Legal Intern
We are seeking one full-time Legal Intern, who would work primarily in Beijing, starting in November or December 2018.
Job Description
The Legal Intern will be expected to work closely with the rest of our China team. The Legal Intern will review documents related to litigations and investigations, conduct legal research, translate documents, and assist with drafting case and firm-related documents.
The Legal Intern will be supervised and trained closely by our China team’s attorneys. On the other hand, the Legal Intern needs to be self-disciplined and be able to work independently because he/she will often work remotely with the rest of the team, who are primarily based in Shanghai.
Requirements
?Top of class at a law degree program (bachelor or master) of a top university’s law school
?Strong interest in dispute resolution
?Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills
?Desire to learn, improve, and excel
?Hardworking, responsive, team-player, self-motivated
?Moot court experience and law firm internship experience preferred
