Orrick acquired the Chinese offices (including offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong) of Coudert Brothers LLP in 2005. We formally entered into China and had been starting our business in China thereafter. Our law service teams permanently establishes in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. We offer comprehensive and integrated law services to our clients by “Integrated China Offices”. Our team focus on handling various domestic and international affairs for large enterprises, financial organizations and governments. We also have adequate experiences on representing private enterprises and state-owned enterprises in handling oversea cases of intellectual property, investment and international disputes.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for our China internship, you must meet the following hiring criteria:
* A consistently strong academic record at a leading law school in China
* Native Chinese speaker (including Mandarin) with advanced reading and writing skills
* High level of fluency in written and spoken English
* Strong communication, interpersonal and legal research skills
* The ability to think analytically and have commercial awareness
* A team player and quick learner with the ability to work well in a high-pressure environment
* 3-month internship at least, five days a week, overtime work is acceptable.
Internship:
3-month to 6-month
Salary:
Monthly salary system with excellent pay

1. 国内领先yh1122银河国际在校生、毕业生且学习成绩优秀
2. 母语为中文，优秀的听说读写能力
3. 流利英文写作以及英文口语能力
4. 善于沟通，交际，以及法律检索技巧
5. 善于独立思考，分析能力以及商业意识强
6. 有团队合作精神以及快速学习能力，能在适应高压工作环境
7. 实习期三个月起，每周工作五天，能接受加班
