教育背景：
法学硕士在读，研究生二年级优先考虑；
通过司法考试者优先。
语言：
中文为母语；
流利的英语或法语（说、写）。
工作能力：
能够用英语或法语进行全面的法律研究和起草法律备忘录；
有在国际知名律师事务所或中国顶级的律师事务所实习经验者优先。
实习时间：
实习期时长为3个月到6个月，能全职实习者优先
实习表现优异者，有留用的机会。
