Dear Students at Peking University,
We are always looking for well-qualified international applicants to join our community of global law students here at Georgetown Law in Washington, D.C. We have received strong applicants to our J.D. program from PKU in the past and we would like to reach out to more PKU students who may be interested in applying.
As you may know, Georgetown Law is one of the world$B!G(Js premier law schools and is recognized globally as a leader in many areas including transnational, international and comparative law. The courses and seminars offered at the Law Center in this area are the most comprehensive in the U.S., and are taught by a distinguished full-time faculty and visiting scholars and practition ers from around the world. The Law Center also hosts institutes dedicated to international economic law, Asian law, Latin American law, human rights, global health law, transnational law and global business law, and national security law, all of which contribute to our transnational identity. The student body represents more than 60 countries. Our graduates work in 140 countries around the world and we are committed to preparing today$B!G(Js students for a legal profession that will only become even more transnational in the future.
